1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

Marketlin is an AI marketing analyst that connects to your marketing accounts across channels (such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 and Search Console) via their official APIs and delivers analysis, recommendations, and a prioritized to-do list based on your account data.

3. Early-access / alpha disclaimer

During early access:

• The Service is provided free of charge.
• Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice.
• There are no uptime or accuracy guarantees.
• Data loss is possible, though we take reasonable precautions.
• The Service may be discontinued or significantly altered at any time.

4. User responsibilities

You are responsible for: providing accurate registration information; ensuring you have the right to connect any advertising accounts to the Service; using the Service in compliance with applicable law and the relevant platforms’ policies; and keeping any access credentials confidential.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to: violate any law or regulation; infringe others’ intellectual property; transmit harmful, offensive, or malicious content; attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service; or share access credentials with unauthorised parties.

6. API access and permissions

The Service connects to advertising platforms via their official APIs using OAuth 2.0. By connecting your accounts you authorise Marketlin to read performance data from those accounts for analysis. You can revoke access at any time in the relevant platform’s settings; revoking stops analysis but does not automatically delete existing results.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Marketlin AB. You retain ownership of your advertising-account data and grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of delivering the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law, Marketlin AB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities; errors in AI-generated recommendations; or decisions you make based on Service outputs.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim. During the free early-access period, this cap is €0. 9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated insights are recommendations only, you retain full responsibility for your advertising decisions.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time during early access, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination you may request deletion of your data per the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law and disputes shall be settled by the Swedish courts. [LEGAL REVIEW: Marketlin AB is domiciled in Uppsala, set the correct first-instance venue (likely Uppsala tingsrätt rather than Stockholms tingsrätt) and confirm the dispute-resolution wording.]
