Sub-processors

MarketLin AB uses the third-party sub-processors listed below to help provide the MarketLin service. Each is bound by a written data processing agreement with data protection obligations equivalent to those we owe our customers, and each processes data only to perform its stated function.
We give customers at least 30 days’ advance notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor. To be notified of changes, email privacy@marketlin.com and ask to be added to our sub-processor update list.
Infrastructure and hosting

Integrations you connect
Where you connect a third-party destination that you control (such as your own Slack workspace) to receive notifications about your accounts, that service processes the data under your own agreement with it, not as our sub-processor. It is therefore not listed above.
International transfers
Production data is hosted and stored within the EU/EEA. Where a sub-processor above is located in the United States, transfers are safeguarded by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework (where the recipient is certified) and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, with additional measures where appropriate. Copies of the relevant safeguards are available on request at privacy@marketlin.com.
